We know that Phoenix is a fabulous place to live and we think you'll agree. With mountains, lush valleys and some of the most spectacular sunsets seen on Planet Earth, there's beauty abound in this beloved city. Even the weather is perfect, with sizzling summers and mild winters, allowing Phoenix home owners to indulge in outdoor activities and great temperatures all year long.
As the undisputed state capital, Phoenix is also home to some of our favorite sports teams. We're proud of our Diamondbacks, Suns, Cardinals and Coyotes, and are thankful for the inspiration and entertainment they provide us throughout the year.
Whether your cup of tea is hiking, Native American history, quirky art and cultural attractions or just a good old fashioned appreciation for breathtaking surroundings, we think you'll like it here too. We invite you to find real estate in Phoenix now.
We love lots of different regions in Phoenix areas to live in, but Scottsdale is one of our absolute favorites. The southern half of this energetic community is in the city, while the northern half is in the canyon, giving Scottsdale a delightful blend of natural scenery and city convenience.
You may have heard of some of Scottsdale's popular neighborhoods before, including Grayhawk, DC Ranch, Troon, Gainey Ranch, Old Town Scottsdale, Estancia, Desert Highlands, and Desert Mountain. Each one is popular for its distinct vibe, so we recommending touring the homes in Scottsdale's different areas. You'll likely fall in love with the perfect neighborhood before you're done.
Scottsdale borders one of our favorite destinations, the McDowell Mountain Regional Park. This natural gem is chock full of trails, wildlife and gorgeous views of one of the best mountain ranges in the Phoenix Metropolitan area. Within the 21,099 acre park, visitors can find a plethora of flora and fauna including deer, javelina, coyotes, hawks and more. McDowell Mountain is well loved by residents and hosts dozens of family-fun activities including sports, hiking, hunting, geocaching, rodeos and nature programs.
