We know that change is a good thing and that's why you may have noticed lots of recent activity on our website. We've been investing a lot of time and energy into building an organized website that's a one-stop real estate shop for our beloved podcast listeners and blog readers.

Right now, we're actively expanding our Communities section with a wealth of information about some of our favorite places in Metro Phoenix. I described this thing on the October 20th, 2012 edition of That Real Estate Show.

Scorpions are common in Arizona. I have never seen something quite this big unless it was in a tourist shop in the middle of glass and being sold as a paper weight.

Is it ugly or what!

I found it at the bottom of a pool during a home inspection.  The home in North Scottsdale backs to a wash.  It's near Pinnacle Peak and Hayden.

I've found small black scorpions but never anything like this in real life.  Yuck.

My home inspector thought I was crazy when I asked him to fish it out so I could take a picture.

For scale, I put my lipstick beside it.

Do I tell my client about it?

Can man be jduged by his FICO score alone?

In today's struggling economy and closely monitored lending guidelines, you either have a sufficianet score for fiancning or you have to clean it up.

Clean up your credit.

First step....get a copy of your report so you know what you're dealing with.

There are three major credit reporting agencies in the United States.  They are Experian, TransUnion and Equifax.

All Americans get one free credit reort from each of these three credit reporting agencies.  (We can thank a law that passed in 2005 for that).

You have three ways to get them.

2) call 1-877-322-8228

3) Fill out the form on the back of the Annual Credit
